Hardware
Thorsys always recommends on-site spares for all equipment that is critical to the operation of the plant. Thorsys has a comprehensive range of spare parts for its own hardware, and will also undertake minor repairs on third party equipment where possible.

Software
Thorsys software is guaranteed for 3 months after installation. As such, any problems found during this period will be addressed at no cost. Thorsys uses and recommend Symantec PC-Anywhere for all its sites, therefore allowing Thorsys Support staff to promptly and effectively address problems or install new software remotely.
